Post office boxes We do not ship to post office boxes.
Shipping charges Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight and destination of your order. Orders below 130lbs are shipped by express carriers such as fedex and UPS. Larger orders are shipped via LTL shipment.We shop all shipments in real time to get you the best shipping price for the order. FITNESSRUBBER.COM will ship within 2-4 business days on all items in stock. After your order has been placed, processed and credit card approval, product will ship via common carrier freight, dock to dock, which means the receiving party will have to take the product off of the truck. Truck drivers will get the product to the back of the trailer. Truck drivers are not responsible for taking product off the truck. Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. FITNESSRUBBER.COM is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend taking off any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product, before the driver leaves. If the product is damaged in any way, it must be noted on the bill of receipt and signed by the driver. If damage did occur during transit, a copy of the bill of must be faxed or mailed to FITNESSRUBBER.COM in order for FITNESSRUBBER.COM to file a claim with the trucking company.

Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. If you would like to register as a Fitness Rubber customer, click the "Log in" link on the front page. If you do not wish to register, you may request order information by calling 1-888-894-0204 or by sending an e-mail. Please provide the home address you used in placing the order in question, so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
Returning merchandise No returns are accepted after 15 days. Items which have been used, or not returned in original , undamaged packaging will not be accepted .
All returns that are not due to error on our behalf will be subject to deduction of shipping fees and card processor fees that were incurred to get the order to you.

If you would like to return a product, please contact us (1-888-894-0204) for return instructions... DO NOT send the product without prior authorization. If you send a product directly to the manufacturer or to us without prior authorization you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
